At Freedom Street Garage, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
